Our villa project
„Sea View Resort II“ is located on the wonderful hilly landscape of Kargicak.
All villas have a unspoilable view to the Mediterranean Sea, to the Taurus Mountains and the
castle hill in Alanya. All our villas are built in the Spanish style.
Kargicak
is a small, typical Turkish village. There is rare traffic and children are
playing on the street. Here you can still find it, the calm original Turkish
idyll. Right beside you find banana- and orange groves.
In „Sea View Resort II“ you can either get villas with own plot and pool, or
villas in small arrangement with shared pool. All villas have beside the lounge
and the kitchen, 3
or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 3 bathrooms on demand.
Terraces, both in the ground floor and in the first floor, are topping the
overall picture. The pool service and the Gardner will take care for a recreative atmosphere throughout the whole year. The 24 h security service will
also let you go home with a secure feeling.
Shopping facilities and one of the endless beaches of the Turkish Riviera are
fast reachable in the closer surrounding. Kargicak is located 10 min. easterly
from Alanya, 90 min. from the airport in mona2 and 55 min. from the next golf
